Sales Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing I’ll provide you with 10–15 pre-scheduled and confirmed homeowner appointments every week. There will be no need for cold calling, door knocking, or chasing strangers around neighborhoods. You’ll meet with homeowners who have already scheduled appointments and help them find the right roofing solution. The better you perform, the more opportunities you have to make additional commission through self-generated business. You’ll receive a two-week training program, ongoing classroom training, and in-home sales coaching to help you become successful. What I’m Offering $125,000–$250,000+ potential annual income. Who I’m Looking For Hungry and motivated Money motivated Coachable Competitive Great communicators Comfortable talking with homeowners Comfortable using technology Reliable with a valid driver’s license Willing to work hard and follow a proven process Roofing or in-home sales experience is a PLUS, but it’s NOT required. If you’ve got one-call-close experience, that’s even better. The Schedule Monday–Friday: 10 AM | 2 PM | 6 PM Saturday: 10 AM | 2 PM Saturday availability is required.
