We're hiring a Licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team and help homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals make confident decisions about the properties that matter most to them. What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive residential inspections, evaluating structural, mechanical, and safety systems with a sharp eye for detail
• Conduct pre-purchase inspections that give buyers clear, reliable insight into a property's true condition
• Complete pre-listing inspections that help sellers get ahead of issues before a property hits the market
• Provide maintenance inspections that help homeowners catch small problems before they become expensive ones
• Navigate attics, crawl spaces, and other tight or hard-to-reach areas as part of a full property assessment
• Communicate findings clearly, both in person and in writing, so clients always know exactly what they're getting

What You'll Need

• An active Massachusetts Home Inspector License, required to perform inspections independently
• National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) certification
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience in property inspection or a closely related field, with a strong grasp of structural and mechanical systems
• Comfort working independently in the field and managing your own schedule
• The physical ability to navigate attics and crawl spaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and differentiate colors
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Capacity to complete up to 10 inspections per week, with availability for at least 2 weekend appointment slots
