We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, you will play an integral role in educating patients and delivering exceptional preventive dental care. Our hygienists are vital members of our practice, focused on patient comfort and oral health.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist
Valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in California
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in dental care
Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor
Keen attention to detail and thoroughness
Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ensure patients feel comfortable and at ease before their examination
Properly sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment
Conduct initial oral screenings and review patients’ oral health histories
Identify conditions such as gingivitis, dental caries, and periodontitis
Perform professional teeth cleanings and protective treatments (e.g., fluoride application)
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing and flossing
Provide post-operative care instructions following dental procedures
Take dental X-rays and impressions as needed
Assist dentists in treatment planning, including identifying signs of oral cancer
Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts
