Baltazar Guzman DDS PC is seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, working 1-2 days per week. Our practice focuses on providing high-quality care in a friendly, patient-centered environment. We are a PPO and fee-for-service practice (no HMOs or Medi-Cal), committed to excellence in both patient care and team collaboration.

Pay

$77~$80 per hour

Requirements

• Basic life support
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• General Dentistry
• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient comfort.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient education and preventive care.
Dependable and professional team player, willing to collaborate and assist colleagues.

Job Description

Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance adhering to established protocols.
Conduct patient assessments, including taking medical histories and dental records.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts and documentation.
Collaborate effectively with dentists and other team members to ensure excellent patient care and workflow.
Uphold infection control and safety standards consistently.
Support the front office as needed to enhance patient experience and team efficiency.

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8AM -5 PM or Monday Wednesday 8AM-5PM
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
