Description

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction to close
• Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
• Create master schedule and forecast financial performance against budget and schedule
• Assure all materials orders are executed
• Maintain schedule and meet deadlines
• Work alongside and communicate with sub contractors to move projects forward
• Ensure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction field - ideally 7-10 years
• Proven track record of managing commercial remodel or ground up projects
• Estimating experience on commercial construction projects strongly preferred
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or Business Management preferred
• Knowledge of Procore construction management software
• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
• Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing projects
• Strong management ability

Requirements Minimum 7 years experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Estimating experience preferred Ground up experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations. Proficient in project management software and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
