What You’ll Do: Oversee all phases of construction projects, including physical build, scheduling, reporting, and financial management Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure smooth project execution Manage budgets and timelines for multi-million-dollar projects, including ground-up new construction Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and progress updates Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and compliance standards What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint Exceptional communication and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field Why Join Us: You’ll have the opportunity to manage complex, rewarding projects while working with a highly skilled team in a collaborative and professional environment.
