Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers a full-time schedule throughout the academic year, from August 19th, 2026, to May 28th, 2027, in the vibrant College Station area. Your expertise will support a diverse K-12 caseload, collaborating with dedicated educators and specialists to deliver impactful speech and language interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Texas SLP License is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare SLP settings (school-based preferred)
- Strong partnership skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of communication disorders
- Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and prepare required reports
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to student support teams
