Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license in the state of Texas

• Ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Adept with assessment tools and progress monitoring

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Prepare and execute therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Document progress and adjust interventions based on data and team input
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents for integrated support
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering recommendations and expertise
• Educate and support staff and families regarding language development and strategies
• Maintain records in alignment with district and state standards
