Sales Manager

JBAndrews is partnering with a well-established, employee-owned building materials distributor with a strong and growing presence in engineered wood products and siding across California . The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role with genuine commercial weight. You'll take ownership of sales strategy, team development, supplier relationships, and customer engagement, with the autonomy to drive real change and the support of an organization that invests in its people. This isn't a role where you'll be managing upward. You'll have a seat at the table and a mandate to lead. What You'll Be Doing Leading and developing a high-performing team across sales, purchasing, and operations Driving growth in EWP and siding with dealers, contractors, architects, and specifiers Defining product and supplier strategy and owning key vendor relationships Monitoring market trends and identifying new product and expansion opportunities Taking accountability for division performance, pipeline visibility, and financial targets What We're Looking For 10+ years in the forest products industry with deep EWP and/or siding expertise A proven track record of leading teams and delivering commercial results Strong relationships across the dealer, contractor, and specifier community Someone who thrives on building teams, partnerships, and market share Interested or know someone who might be?
