Responsibilities Oversee and guide a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship, support, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Design and implement effective, ethical behavior intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring clinical integrity and the highest quality of care. Conduct regular assessments and analyses to monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance intervention strategies. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services, promoting a holistic approach to client care. Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery. Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, serving as a point of contact for addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive therapeutic experience. Qualifications Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; leadership experience highly preferred. Clinical expertise in behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions. Proficient in technology such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms. Ability to meet the rigorous physical demands of the job, including long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
