About the Role

The Company is seeking a Board of Trustees Member to provide strategic guidance and support in the oversight of its operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending regular board meetings, participating in the development and approval of organizational policies, and ensuring the company's mission and goals are effectively carried out. Additionally, the Board of Trustees Member will be involved in financial planning, fundraising, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to advance the organization's objectives.
