Responsibilities Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for: Full recruitment process management including, staffing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all internal positions at the client site for temporary openings. Complete requisition management including the fulfillment life cycle of all work orders, communication, job profile creation, job postings, and social media activity. Manage core competency requisitions and actively build talent pipeline. Manage database and recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and critical job boards. Qualifications Strong communicators with excellent problem resolution skills Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills Individuals with preferably 2+ years of previous staffing industry or recruiting experience Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems) a plus Proficient with MS Office applications Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values Someone who embraces being a part of an environment that focuses on belonging Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience Learn more about us at UltimateStaffing.com.
