Job description:
Hi! My name is Tom. I'm the owner of Proliance General Contractors and Public Adjusting.
Most of our homeowners already have insurance paying for their roof.
Your job? Show them why settling for the cheapest option is a mistake and help them upgrade. Since insurance is covering the bulk of it, they're only paying the difference. It can be an easy conversation when you know how to have it.
We're not looking for a closer. We're looking for someone natural and confident - the kind of person who can sit at a kitchen table, explain something clearly, and make someone feel great about their decision.
We'll train you on the products. The personality is on you.
What you'll earn
- $900/week guaranteed base
- 5% commission on every upgrade
- Average rep earns $60–70K | Top performers reach $100K+
- Company vehicle + gas
- Paid training, mentorship, advancement
What makes this different Appointments are provided, and once you close, our backend team handles the rest — client services, production, and construction all take it from there. You stay focused on selling.
What we need from you
- Great communicator — people trust you fast
- Handles objections without flinching
- Driver's license required
- 1 year sales experience preferred, not required
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9AM–6PM, Saturday 9AM–3PM
