Restaurant Manager

Our client is a premium sports bar opening a brand-new location in Dallas Tx. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity and caters to high-end customers who equally feel the same. A Restaurant Manager with the right experience and culture fit will be strongly desired. Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards. Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain cost-effective supply chains. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage budgets, and control costs. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to drive traffic and brand visibility. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular performance reports. Qualification 3+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar, fine dining and casual dining preferred). Any relevant F&B, hospitality, marketing certification is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software.
