Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Previous experience within school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to new settings and teams efficiently
- Compassionate, patient, and passionate about improving student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students across multiple school sites
- Consult with staff and families to implement effective, evidence-based strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Offer professional development and support to school personnel on behavioral management techniques
- Serve as a float BCBA, offering flexible support wherever the need is greatest within the district
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with school and district policies
