We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle. The Opportunity At our scale, operational problems rarely exist within one team. A process that works for five people may fail at fifty. A training gap in one team can become a performance issue across dozens of accounts. Capacity decisions made too late can affect client delivery. The Senior Media Operations Manager will be responsible for solving these problems at a broader organizational level. You will lead multiple media teams and managers while building the systems, standards, and processes that allow Advantage HQ’s Media Buying organization to scale. What You’ll Own Scale the Media Operations system You will identify what is preventing the media organization from operating more efficiently and build systems to address those constraints. This includes processes for account management, campaign execution, quality control, reporting, escalation, training, and performance management. Lead multiple teams and managers You will manage multiple teams through their respective leaders and establish clear expectations for performance, quality, and leadership. You will develop Managers and Team Leads rather than becoming the escalation point for every operational issue. Build performance and quality frameworks You will define the metrics and operating mechanisms used to understand whether teams are performing effectively. You will identify trends across accounts and teams and turn those insights into organizational improvements. Own capacity planning You will work with leadership to understand client growth, team capacity, hiring requirements, and resource allocation. You will help the organization anticipate capacity constraints rather than reacting after teams become overloaded. Drive continuous improvement You will identify opportunities to use technology, AI, automation, and better processes to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary operational work. You will establish a culture where teams continuously improve how they operate. Who You Are You are a systems thinker who understands paid media deeply and knows how to operate through other leaders. You are comfortable looking across multiple teams and identifying patterns that individual managers may not see. You are highly analytical but practical. You care about metrics, but you also understand that systems only work when people actually use them. You enjoy building structure in environments that are still evolving and are comfortable making decisions without having every answer available. Experience We Value 8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or a related field Extensive e-commerce experience 3+ years managing media teams, managers, or multiple team leads Experience building scalable operating systems and processes Experience with capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation Strong understanding of media performance and client delivery Experience with automation, AI, analytics, or operational technology is valuable Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills Experience in a high-growth agency, performance marketing, or similar environment Why Join Advantage HQ You will have the opportunity to help design how a large-scale media organization actually operates. Compensation & Location $60,000 - $120,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity. Fully remote.
