Core Banking Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Core Banking Support Specialist in Miami, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a Core Banking Support Specialist to support and maintain a Temenos T24 core banking environment. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, resolving user incidents, coordinating with vendors, supporting UAT testing, and assisting with new system enhancements and releases. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting core banking applications in a banking or financial services environment and possess strong knowledge of deposits, lending, general ledger integrations, and payment systems, including SWIFT, ACH, and wire transfers. The position works closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the stability and effectiveness of critical banking operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10+ years of IT systems/application support experience within a bank, credit union, or regulated financial institution
* Hands-on experience supporting, administering, or configuring Temenos T24
* Experience troubleshooting and supporting core banking applications in a production environment
* Experience with UAT testing, incident management, and system enhancements
* Strong understanding of core banking products and operations, including: Deposits; Savings & Current Accounts; Retail & Commercial Lending; General Ledger integrations; SWIFT, ACH, and Wire Transfers
* Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
