Structured Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a midlevel to senior level associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing. Responsibilities Support structured finance securitization practice. Engage in asset-backed securities transactions. Participate in warehouse financing transactions. Collaborate with team members across U.S. offices. Requirements 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. Strong law school academic credentials. Experience in sophisticated law firm and transaction settings. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in asset-backed securities transactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
