Job Overview
A law firm seeks a midlevel to senior level associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing.
Responsibilities
- Support structured finance securitization practice.
- Engage in asset-backed securities transactions.
- Participate in warehouse financing transactions.
- Collaborate with team members across U.S. offices.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong law school academic credentials.
- Experience in sophisticated law firm and transaction settings.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Skills
- Proficiency in asset-backed securities transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
