TECHNICAL OPERATOR-$20/HR. 1st/2nd shift AVAILABLE

Job Summary

The Technical Operator supports filling and packaging operations by filling, capping, labeling, and assembling products while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate filling and packaging equipment to fill, cap, label, and assemble products.
• Follow SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing procedures accurately.
• Maintain product quality, inventory records, and production documentation.
• Work in standard and clean room environments while adhering to PPE requirements.
• Identify and report equipment or process issues.
• Support daily production goals through effective teamwork and communication.
• Follow all safety regulations and handle materials according to established procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Biology degree is a plus.
• 0 to 3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical documents and work instructions.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 30 to 45 lbs consistently and work flexible hours/overtime as needed.

Preferred

• Machine operation experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or other fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and inventory systems.

Work Schedule

• First Shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• Manufacturing facility with standard production and clean room environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
