Nurse Practitioner/Registered Nurse/Esthetician

Fab Medical Aesthetics is a growing boutique medical spa and wellness practice in the Triangle, offering injectables, IV therapy, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, Esthetics and laser treatments in a professional, patient-centered environment. We are expanding our provider team and seeking RNs, NPs, and PAs who are passionate about aesthetics and wellness. Position Overview We are hiring multiple licensed providers (RN, NP, PA, LE) to deliver aesthetic and wellness services, support patient consultations, and help grow our service lines across Cary, Wake Forest, and Raleigh. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary slightly by license, but may include: Perform or assist with cosmetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) Administer IV therapy, vitamin and peptide infusions according to established protocols Evaluate patients and manage treatment plans for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight management (primarily NP/PA) Perform or oversee laser and energy-based treatments Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on procedures, pre-/post-care, ongoing maintenance, and wellness options Document all care accurately in the EMR and follow clinic policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality, and consistent patient care Qualifications RN Candidates: Active RN license in North Carolina Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, and laser treatments Strong interest in injectables, IV therapy, lasers and medical aesthetics NP / PA Candidates: Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Carolina Experience in HRT, weight management, and wellness medicine Comfortable with patient consultations, treatment planning, and ongoing management Aesthetics experience (injectables, laser) All Candidates (RN, NP, PA): Excellent communication and patient education skills Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, packages, and long-term care plans Desire to grow within a multi-location, growth-minded practice Schedule Full-time and part-time roles available (contract or employee) Flexible scheduling; some evening or weekend availability may be preferred depending on location and patient demand Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation, commensurate with license and experience Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities Ongoing training and education in advanced aesthetics, IV therapy, HRT, and weight management Opportunity to grow as we expand locations and service offerings Locations We are hiring for multiple Triangle-area locations: Cary, NC Wake Forest, NC Clayton, NC We will be conducting interviews soon We will be conducting interviews over the next few weeks and encourage early applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fab Medical Aesthetics
