Onboarding Specialist

Position Overview Trillium Drivers is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to manage driver onboarding in Indianapolis, IN. Essential Functions Provide reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities. Complete and maintain all required documentation (new hire and I-9 forms, reference checks, SSN verifications, criminal background checks, employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, and other client‑required documentation) in a timely manner. Coordinate with team members on driver onboarding progress, open orders, available drivers, pipeline, and forecasting. Develop and manage a talent pipeline aligned with client needs and requirements. Maintain accurate applicant traffic records in the pay/bill system. Deliver excellent customer service to TDS field staff, branch staff, and clients while preserving confidentiality and Trillium guidelines, policies, and internal controls. On‑board top talent for open positions within the division to build a strong candidate pipeline. Maintain reliable and dependable attendance. Schedule and Compensation Monday‑Friday, 8 am–5 pm, onsite/in‑office. Pay range: $52,000–$58,000 per year. Qualifications High school education or GED (desired); some college courses in a business‑related field are helpful. Previous temporary staffing/recruiting experience and/or at least 2 years of related experience in a service industry.
