Preferred Locations: North Central Indiana, Northeast or Northwest side of Indianapolis Develop and assist with the recruiting and sourcing strategies for the client groups you support along with recruiting strategies, sourcing, candidate engagement, client management and industry trends. Consult with Business Owners, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, Plant Managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies and programs (Job Fairs, Community Programs, Human Resource & Safety Seminars etc.) Communicate with client groups with feedback (Exit Interviews) and market industry information Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience to your Hiring Managers Partner with Human Resources to present offers to both internal and external candidates. Embrace a data-driven approach to recruiting to improve standards, create smarter strategies, and improve recruiting results (KPI’s) Be an expert on all recruitment activities for your assigned business groups and clients. Always Represent the company in a professional manner ensuring quality customer service SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent GED; Degree preferred, but not required. Must have prior staffing or recruiting experience (1-3 years of experience preferred). Knowledge of or ability to learn all organization policies and procedures, products, and services. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, regulations, and statutes. Ability to be flexible and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Able to travel to and from client worksites for meetings, tours, and safety evaluations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
