3rd Shift Operations Trainer: SOP & Cross-Training Pro

Carter’s, Inc. is hiring a Operations Trainer for the Braselton, GA distribution center on the 3rd shift. You will train associates on SOPs and labor standards, support cross-training, and help maintain high quality and safety standards within the center. The role requires adaptability to different channels and shifts, with a focus on accurate RF scanning and use of warehouse management systems.
