Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, exposing radiographs, and applying topical fluoride. Maintain proper dental records, chart patient details, and assist with timely billing completion. Help develop and implement dental department policies, procedures, and Quality Improvement Plans. Maintain cleanliness, infection control, and supply inventory for hygiene treatment. Work Environment: Seat and dismiss patients, set up operatories, and collaborate with front desk personnel for efficient scheduling.
