Hybrid, Houston, TX. Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Partner (BP) Supplier Data Conversion Designer to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program currently in the Mock Load phase. In this role, you will lead supplier master data conversion efforts, partnering with business and technical teams to navigate a complex legacy data landscape, resolve data issues, and ensure successful execution of mock loads and production deployment. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain supplier data conversion designs, mappings, and transformation rules. Analyze complex legacy supplier data to identify data quality, mapping, and conversion issues. Drive resolution of conversion defects, risks, and data-related issues in collaboration with business and technical teams. Partner with Procurement, Master Data, Master Data Owners (MDOs), Supplier Owners, and SAP functional teams to define and validate conversion requirements. Support mock load execution, data validation, defect triage, and conversion readiness activities. Lead cross-functional discussions, facilitate decision-making, and escalates issues when necessary to keep conversion activities on schedule.
