This practice focuses on personalized one-on-one patient care.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine therapeutic needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Guide patients through rehabilitation processes
• Educate patients on treatment goals and pain management strategies
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with protocols
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed

 

Required Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist License required
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Proficiency in patient assessment and therapeutic exercise
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation planning
• Strong knowledge of anatomy related to physical therapy
• Effective patient communication and pain management abilities
• Ability to collaborate within a small team or work independently
• Accurate documentation and excellent time management EMR/documentation exp (training provided)
