This role ensures effective cost control, budget management and financial governance while providing critical insights to support decision-making across program portfolios.In this role, you will:Develop, manage and maintain program budgets and forecastsEstablish cost baselines and track variances against approved budgetsSupport business case development and financial modeling for new initiativesMonitor program expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved budgetsTrack actual costs against forecasts and investigate variancesImplement and maintain cost control processes and toolsQualificationsBS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fieldAt least 10 years in Program/Project Financial ManagementStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProficiency in Google Sheets and Financial Modeling MethodologiesBonus QualificationsMBA, MS in FinanceExperience with SAP S/4Hana, Anaplan, Google DocsAutomotive OEM experience$183,000 - $220,000 a yearBase Salary RangeThere are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
