Registered Nurse - Nursing

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
At least two years recent experience in nursing: Required
EPIC experience: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery with other healthcare disciplines.
Evaluate patient progress toward attaining outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care.
Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients and family members.

Compliance / Notes:

Must comply with hospital fire and life safety regulations. Emergency procedures and protocols must be followed as per facility policy.
