Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS): Required
- At least two years recent experience in field

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients, adhering to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze relevant data pertinent to patients' health or situation, and develop care plans based on assessment data.
- Implement care plans, evaluate progress toward outcomes, and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients and family members.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Compliance / Notes
- Must have recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months.
- Auto Offer: Night Shift - 36 or 48 hours per week (3 or 4x12s).
