As a Utility Operator, you'll support packaging operations, run production equipment, coordinate team workflow, and ensure products meet quality and ERP standards. Strict hygiene protocols apply — full gown, hair net, beard net (if applicable), and hearing protection. Expect exposure to flour and dough with gluten particles in the air. Employees may wear shorts on the production floor, and the environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
