What Will You Do?

• Installandassemblecompressorandturbinepackagecomponentsatfactoryorcustomersites.

• Superviseorperforminstallationandstartupofequipmentatcustomersiteaccordingtointernalchecklistsandprocesses.

• Rebuildandchangecomponentsofacorecompressorandcoreturbinealongwithservicingthemachines.

• Performroutinemaintenanceservicestocompressorsandturbinesaccordingtointernalprocedureswhichincludetheremovaland installationofenclosuresandductwork.

• Troubleshoot and perform/support root cause analysis on major rotating equipment.

• Installelectricalcomponentsincontrolpanels.

• PerformminoradjustmentstoPLCandHMIsoftwareasneeded.

• Writeandcompileservicereportsincludingbutnotlimitedtochecklists,dailylogsandpicturesforProjectManagement.

• PerformworkfollowingHowden-TurblexEHSguidelines.

• Coordinatewithplant/sitesmaintenancesuperintendentsfortoolsandnecessarysupportneededtoperformservices.

• Supportclaimmanagementprocessasneeded.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...

Travel

• Up to 80% travel to locations mostly in North America; with possibility of international travel

Your Experience Should Be...

• Abilitytoreadandunderstanddrawingsandelectricalschematics.

• Knowledge of rotational equipment in order to do shaft alignment, use of laser equipment, balancing techniques and process, application and use of disk flexible couplings, electrical motors used as pumps or main drivers.

• Knowledgeofinternalturbocompressorcomponentsinordertodisassemble,changecomponentsandre-assemble is a plus.

• Electricalpanelknowledge.

• AllenBradley,Siemens,ModiconPLCandHMIbasicprogrammingisa plus.

• Abilitytouseapowermeter.

• Abilitytolearnandtoparticipateincontinuouseducationforturbocompressorsandturbines.

• Ability to work with interdisciplinary groups (Project Management, Engineering, Sales) to align in the solutions and communications offered to customers.
