Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, and design effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of established therapeutic modalities, ensuring that each client's unique preferences and circumstances are met. Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary. Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessible care for clients who prefer virtual meetings due to location or mobility issues. Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and regulatory requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training to stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices and enhance clinical skills. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing their own unique mental health challenges. You will employ a client-centered approach, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship to help individuals navigate issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological concerns. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients toward meaningful change and improved quality of life. Qualifications A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward client experiences and mental health challenges. Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience While not required, prior experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with teletherapy practices will be beneficial. Experience in specialized areas, such as trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy, will be an advantage in providing comprehensive care to our clients.
