OTR Truck Driver (Temp to Hire)

Your Team Nestled in the scenic hills of southeastern Indiana, Batesville is home to Baxter’s thriving facility, where purposeful work meets a supportive community. What You'll Be Doing Complete assigned deliveries and pick‑ups to and from customers and vendors across the US and Canada, using hoists and other devices, in a professional and efficient manner. Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Baxter and the DOT. Manage hours of service (HOS) using the Qualcomm E‑log System, MS Word, and MS Excel. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service. Follow procedures and align with the Continuous Improvement standards. Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills. Be able to push and/or pull up to 80 lbs. What You'll Bring At least 21 years of age. A Class A CDL license with a DOT physical, PAT, background check, pre‑employment drug screen, and road test. Current U.S. passport or eligibility to acquire one. High‑school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be authorized to work for an employer in the U.S. We are not sponsoring or taking over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Pay & Benefits Salary: $26.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, business line, and location.
