Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Process Lead / Business Analyst to lead HR process transformation initiatives and drive successful ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations. The candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of HRSD programs. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders. Analyze current HR processes and define future-state HR service delivery processes. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Design and implement HRSD solutions including: HR Case Management HR Service Catalog Employee Center / Employee Service Center Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers) Knowledge Management HR Agent Workspace Virtual Agent Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers during solution design and implementation. Drive process standardization, automation, and adoption of HR best practices. Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, training, and go-live activities. Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization. Required Skills 8+ years of Business Analysis / Process Consulting experience. 4+ years of ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience. Strong knowledge of: HR Case Management HR Services & Catalog Lifecycle Events Employee Center Pro Knowledge Management Flow Designer Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Experience creating user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and test scenarios. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc., is preferred.
