Restoration 1 of Dulles is looking for an outgoing, motivated, relationship-focused person to help expand our presence throughout Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

No previous business development or restoration experience is required. We can teach you the industry. We're looking for personality, integrity, drive, and someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships.

This isn't a traditional desk sales job. You'll be out in the community developing referral partnerships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance professionals, real estate professionals, and other local businesses.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain referral partnerships 
• Network throughout the local business community 
• Visit and follow up with referral partners 
• Attend networking and community events 
• Generate new restoration opportunities 
• Track relationships and activity in our CRM 
• Represent Restoration 1 with professionalism and integrity 

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is personable, confident, dependable, organized, and self-motivated. Previous sales or industry experience is a plus, but the right personality and work ethic matter more to us than your résumé.

Local travel is required. Candidates should live within approximately 45 minutes of Sterling, VA.
