Skills and Competencies5+ years in a technical role such as a systems engineer or a technical business systems analyst or similarStrong problem‑solving ability with a focus on translating business needs into practical low‑code and no‑code AI solutionsAbility to facilitate innovation sessions with each Line of Business (LOB) to surface ideas, understand workflows, and identify automation and AI opportunitiesExperience delivering AI solutions using tools such as n8n, Claude Enterprise, Claude Coworker, Copilot Studio Lite and FullCapability to create step‑by‑step solution tutorials and guide LOB teams through adoption of low‑code AI toolsAbility to develop custom connectors to common tools used or developed within Moody'sComfort working cross‑functionally and communicating technical concepts to non‑technical partnersDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands‑on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
