Sr Systems Engineer AI Delivery

Salary: $103,800 - 150,600 per year Requirements:

• We seek someone with 5+ years of experience in a technical capacity, such as systems engineering, software engineering, technical business systems analysis, or a comparable role.
• We value strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical low-code and no-code AI solutions.
• We need experience facilitating innovation sessions with Line of Business teams to uncover ideas, understand workflows, and identify automation and AI opportunities.
• We are looking for hands-on experience delivering AI solutions using tools such as n8n, Claude Enterprise, Claude Coworker, and Copilot Studio Lite and Full.
• We expect the ability to create step-by-step solution guides and help business teams adopt low-code AI tools.
• We value capability in developing custom connectors for common tools used or built within our organization.
• We need someone comfortable working across functions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• We look for demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with practical experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• We want proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to address business challenges, along with a growing understanding of AI risk management and responsible, ethical AI use.
• A bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• We meet with each Line of Business to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
• We plan and lead innovation-day style sessions to present available AI tools and collect use cases.
• We build low-code and no-code AI solutions using n8n, Claude Enterprise, Claude Coworker, and Copilot Studio Lite and Full.
• We create clear documentation and tutorials to support rollout and end-user adoption.
• We partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate on solution design.
• We ensure AI tools are used in a scalable, responsible, and secure way aligned with our organizational standards.
