Sr. Software Engineer

Full Stack Developer (Python, React)

Location - Charlotte, NC - 28203 (Hybrid)

Pay range- $60-70/hr

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong backend development experience using Python and React
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
• Experience in designing and implementing AI/LLM-based applications
• Hands-on experience with RAG, AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Experience developing APIs integrating with REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with FastAPI framework

Candidate Profile:

• Strong backend Python developer with proven experience delivering AI-driven solutions.
• Candidates with both Full Stack and AI engineering expertise will be given preference.
• Experience building production-grade AI applications, integrating LLMs, and designing scalable backend services is highly desirable.

Top 3 skills:

• Python – 2 years minimum
• Databases (SQL/noSQL) – 2 years minimum
• AI agents/skills development experience – 1 year minimum
• ReactJs – 2+ years

Preferred Skills:

• PostgreSQL – 1+ years
• REST integration – 2+ years
