Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join a well-established private dental practice in Mason, OH. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced dentists and new graduates looking to build their clinical skills in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
• Perform preventive, restorative, and general dentistry procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff
• Follow established office systems, clinical protocols, and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Ohio Dental License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Transition Pay: $1,000/day for the first 90 days (up to 6 months based on transition)
• Production-Based Compensation:
• Up to $80,000/month Adjusted Production - 30%
• $80,000-$120,000/month - 31%
• $120,000-$160,000/month - 32%
• Above $160,000/month - 33%
• Above $230,000/month - 38%
