Tasting Room Hospitality Support

Honig Vineyard & Winery, a family-owned and operated winery, is looking for a Hospitality Support Associate who is passionate about wine and shares our values of family, quality, progressive thinking, fun, and social responsibility. A successful candidate will bring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a positive attitude that reflects our brand. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare tasting materials, including menus and order forms Assist Tasting Room colleagues with pre-setting glassware and sales materials Clear tables promptly after guests depart Wash, buff, and store glassware and tasting materials Clean tabletops, chairs, tasting spaces, floors, and surrounding areas between guest visits Support pre- and post-shift setup, cleanup, and basic housekeeping Inspect and restock restrooms regularly Maintain cleanliness throughout back-of-house areas Help restock wine and merchandise Ring up and carry out guest purchases when needed Package wine orders Support event setup, service, and breakdown Occasionally run errands to St. Helena or Napa Skills and Requirements A positive, friendly attitude toward the job, guests, and coworkers A genuine commitment to our core values: family, quality, progressive thinking, fun, and social responsibility Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Effective verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with solid organizational and problem-solving abilities Relevant computer skills Availability to work weekends and holidays Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. occasionally Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Work Environment Work is performed both indoors and outdoors on the patio #J-18808-Ljbffr Tasting Room Expo
