Clinical Associates in Anesthesia [80% Effort]

Description

The University of Chicago's Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care seeks Clinical Associates at 80% effort for renewable terms of up to three years. Clinical responsibilities will include general anesthesia and non-operating room anesthesia environments at the University of Chicago Medicine including, but not limited to, Ingalls Memorial, Crown Point Indiana, and/or main campus in Hyde Park. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent on qualifications.

Clinical Associates will have access to the University of Chicago and the Department of Anesthesia & Critical Care resources, including, but not limited to, educational conferences and CME activities as the clinical schedule allows.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois and the State of Indiana, and 3) be BC/BE or equivalent in anesthesiology.
