As our VP of Sales, you'll take our sales organization to the next level. You're here to make sure every customer who should have us, does. You design sales orgs that scale, then get on site and build them. Pipeline math is. Your pipeline runs on AI, not hope. Your process is documented, repeatable and works whether you're in the room or not. Customers trust you because every conversation leaves them smarter than before. With 10+ years in B2B sales (SaaS strongly preferred) and 5+ years leading teams, you've mastered Salesforce, modern sales tech and the art of scaling revenue. Scale the team: evolve the sales org design, then recruit, hire, onboard and ramp top talent across new business and account management. Own the revenue number and deliver predictable growth through new logos and expansion across our full product suite. Own the sales department's business plan and budget, and invest where it drives the most growth. Reimagine and document a repeatable sales playbook: ideal customer profile, segmentation, sales stages, qualification and handoffs. Run inbound and outbound engines in close partnership with marketing, from lead generation through close. Protect and grow our customer base, driving retention alongside expansion and cross-sell. Put AI to work across prospecting, forecasting and coaching, and own the sales tech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo, with the authority to shape what comes next. Deliver accurate forecasts and clear reporting on pipeline, performance and results to the CEO. Partner with product and marketing to bring customer insight into the roadmap, pricing and messaging.
