Any Lab Test Now – Novi is seeking an independent Sales/Marketing Consultant to help build referral relationships, employer testing accounts, and community partnerships that generate recurring revenue for our Novi location.

This is an outside sales and relationship-building opportunity for an experienced Sales professional who enjoys networking, prospecting, and creating long-term local partnerships.

Scope of Services

The consultant will focus on developing business relationships with:

Local employers
Healthcare providers and wellness professionals
Home health agencies
Trucking and transportation companies
Probation, court, and community-based organizations
Gyms, fitness centers, and wellness organizations
Staffing agencies and workforce-related businesses
Other local organizations that may benefit from lab testing, drug testing, wellness testing, or employer screening services

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new business opportunities throughout Oakland, Wayne, and surrounding counties
Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits
Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with decision-makers
Introduce Any Lab Test Now services to employers, organizations, and community partners
Develop customized partnership opportunities based on each organization’s needs
Support growth of recurring employer testing and wellness testing business

Employer & Workforce Testing Programs

Promote services such as:

Drug and alcohol testing
Pre-employment testing
Employee wellness testing
Occupational and workforce-related testing support
Other approved Any Lab Test Now services

Relationship Management

Maintain professional relationships with partner organizations
Track outreach activity, leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and partnership progress
Identify opportunities for repeat business, additional services, and long-term growth
Represent Any Lab Test Now – Novi professionally in the local community

Ideal Qualifications

3+ years of outside sales, business development, healthcare outreach, marketing, or account management experience
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and in-person visits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage a local sales pipeline
Experience using Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
Reliable transportation for local business development activity

Preferred Experience

Healthcare business development
Home health marketing
Employer services or occupational health sales
Drug testing, lab testing, staffing, transportation, wellness, or community outreach experience
Existing local relationships in Oakland, Wayne, or surrounding counties

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, the consultant should aim to:

Build a qualified prospect pipeline
Conduct consistent outreach to targeted industries
Schedule meetings with decision-makers
Secure new employer testing or partnership accounts
Develop community partnerships that create recurring business opportunities
Help increase awareness of Any Lab Test Now – Novi in the local market

Compensation
Compensation will include additional earnings for new account development, approved partnership achievements, and measurable recurring revenue growth.
