Senior Manager, Workforce Strategy & Planning
Vanguard
Vanguard seeks a senior leader to oversee workforce planning across contact center and operations. You will direct diagnostics, consultations, and enterprise-wide plans, acting as a subject matter expert and thought leader in workforce strategy. Responsibilities include supervising teams, guiding performance standards, and partnering with HR to align talent strategies with business objectives.
