This role will work on site in the office 3-4 days a week , depending on the needs of the team. What You’ll Do / Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of filings, closings, and document review. Review title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports; prepare related objection letters. Manage entity filings and registrations, including formations, amendments, mergers, and dissolutions. Draft resolutions, closing certificates, and maintain organized data rooms and closing sets. Coordinate document distribution and manage closing documentation flow. Liaise with internal departments, outside counsel, and clients to ensure timely deal execution. Monitor compliance requirements and filing deadlines across multiple jurisdictions. Track transaction progress and maintain detailed checklists and closing calendars. What You Bring Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate experience, including financing, title/survey/zoning review, and UCC filings/searches. Experience in M&A a plus. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. High attention to detail, initiative, and professionalism under pressure.
