Operations Manager

Are you a natural leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and helping a business grow? We are looking for an Operations Manager to serve as a key leader within our insurance agency. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can see the big picture while still paying attention to the details that keep an office running successfully. You'll help strengthen our processes, develop our team, improve the customer experience, support agency growth, and work closely with the agent to keep goals and priorities moving forward.

Coordinate key workflows including claims follow-up, new customer onboarding, retention efforts, and other processes that create a consistent customer experience.

Help onboard new hires, provide ongoing coaching and training, practice word tracks, reinforce best practices, and help team members continuously improve.

Keep agency goals and performance metrics visible, monitor progress, and help ensure every team member is contributing to the success of the agency.

Track marketing ROI, identify effective opportunities for agency marketing dollars, represent the agency in the community, and help generate Google reviews and customer referrals.

Lead by example through work ethic, attitude, accountability, and resilience while helping create an environment where people enjoy working and have opportunities to grow.

Master the agency's insurance review process, identify appropriate solutions for existing customers, and provide white-glove service to key customer relationships.

Contribute to agency financial services goals, including a target of at least 20 financial services policies annually, while pursuing additional licensing related to retirement planning and helping identify prospective customers.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.

Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities, processes, and projects.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.

Comfortable working with performance metrics, goals, and marketing ROI.

Ability to lead by example with a positive attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic.

Insurance, financial services, management, or team leadership experience is preferred.

Willingness to obtain and maintain applicable insurance and financial services licenses.

This isn't simply a position that keeps the office organized. The Operations Manager will have a meaningful impact on nearly every part of the businessfrom team development and culture to customer retention, marketing, sales, and long-term agency growth. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, become a trusted partner to the agent, and help build an agency where both customers and team members have an exceptional experience. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
