NOW HIRING: SERVICE ADVISOR
Razzari Auto Centers is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! If you’re great with people, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between our customers and service technicians, helping ensure every customer receives an excellent service experience. What You’ll Do:- Greet customers and assist with their service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
- Provide estimates and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Review completed work and invoices with customers
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service
- Follow up with customers to help ensure their satisfaction
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive knowledge is preferred
- Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
