PROGRAM COORDINATOR

CLINICAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR Fulltime, 32 hours weekly. Hybrid of clinical interventions and milieu management. Report directly to Program Manager. Competitive pay. Full benefit package: health, dental, 401(k), PTO. Free supervision for licensure. Work with voluntary adolescent population in a residential environment. Must be willing to work one weekend day per week. Ensure patient safety while on unit and assist in managing MHTs. Provide clinical interventions and programming in coordination with the treatment team. Manage program schedule fidelity and client stabilization during shift. Assess therapeutic needs and run psychoeducation and enrichment groups. Act as resident advocate, ensuring resident rights and confidentiality. Use proper intervention techniques for common psychiatric diagnoses. Maintain documentation as required by facility policy. Essential Job Duties Assist and monitor residents, demonstrating an alert, sensitive, and supportive attitude with residents, families, employees, and management. Interact therapeutically with residents in one‑to‑one situations, community, and group meetings. Advocate for residents, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Apply basic knowledge of common psychiatric diagnoses; recognize associated behaviors and use appropriate intervention techniques. Demonstrate high clinical skill in assessing resident needs, determining appropriate group interventions, and conducting psychoeducation groups. Establish rapport, systematically gather data, and determine client readiness for treatment and change. Maintain documentation according to facility policy. Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health counseling, or related fields. Registered Intern with the state of Florida (counseling). One year of direct clinical experience with children and/or adolescents in family, individual, and group therapy. Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical skills for stabilization, risk assessment, and verbal de‑escalation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
