Lab Technician - PM Shift

This role is pivotal in manufacturing therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions while working an alternating night schedule (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM).

responsibilities:

• Execute process recipes, set up and operate equipment, and monitor production processes, including CIP and SIP operations.
• Document all production activities according to strict GMPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Perform basic laboratory tasks, including testing pH, measuring conductivity, and collecting product samples.
• Execute raw material and chemical movements into, out of, and across production areas.
• Maintain facility standards, equipment, and cleanliness through routine sanitization and 6S programs.
• Participate in shift exchanges, team meetings, and assigned continuous improvement projects.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience
• Ability to work a B Night Shift schedule (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, alternating weeks).
