Supervisor, Quality Operations

Supervisor for Quality Operations at a pharmaceutical services company responsible for maintaining cGMP compliance, overseeing quality assurance auditors, and resolving quality deviations in an assembly environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities of QA auditors and production inspection personnel
Implement inspection criteria, standardize work practices, and improve quality and efficiency
Resolve quality issues with departments and customers; review records for compliance
Train and develop subordinates on cGMP, SOPs, and customer requirements
Oversee pest control and environmental monitoring programs; assist with internal audits

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or 1–5 years equivalent experience
College-level mathematical skills
Intermediate computer skills and multiple software program knowledge
Professional fluency in spoken, written, and read English
High-level reasoning to solve problems with limited standardization
Strong report writing skills

Compensation: $62,960–$70,830 base plus annual performance bonus eligibility
